As of April 2026 I am no longer working at UF although I maintain courtesy appointments with Radiation Oncology and Biomedical Engineering. Students are continuing some of the projects listed on our lab website but others have been sunsetted.

Our lab is committed to discovery of novel image analysis and image-based, intelligent computational techniques for improved tumor early detection, treatment and follow-up care of cancer patients. Much of our work is highly translational, with direct application to the patients within our Department of Radiation Oncology.
